A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery helps people understand themselves, others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace. Each participant will receive a personal profile that identifies their strengths, areas of development, the value they contribute to teams, communication preference style and suggestions for development.
Advanced Communication Skills
Communication at work is a misunderstood skill and the lack thereof can hinder collaboration and teamwork. You will be acquainted with the dynamics of communication and develop techniques of effective communication across a variety of mediums like email, telephone, etc. – allowing teams to focus more on the needs of their team members and customers.
