Training and Facilitation skills for non-trainers course will explore what it takes to be an effective trainer and reveal how to run successful training sessions. This course includes a comprehensive personality questionnaire to reveal your personal learning style. Interactive activities are included throughout the course with the ability to download and print all responses.
By the end of the course, you will be able to recognize the importance of considering the participants and their training needs, including the different learning styles and adult learning principles. You will know how to write objectives and evaluate whether these objectives have been met at the end of your training session. You will feel confident in developing an effective training style using appropriate training aids and techniques.
